    During my recent stay at Porto Alegria, I found the blend of value and comfort quite impressive. My spacious room boasted a private bathroom, an air conditioner, and an electric kettle, providing essential amenities while keeping costs reasonable. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, packaged neatly and left at my door each morning, offering a great selection to kick-start the day. Located in the charming, less-touristy part of town, the hotel is just a short walk from major shopping streets and local eateries. I appreciated the separate toilet and shower setup, which added a touch of convenience. The cozy rooftop garden provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Geraldo, the host, was exceptionally accommodating, assisting with a 3:45 AM airport shuttle arrangement, which was incredibly helpful. Porto Alegria strikes a fine balance between luxury and value, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking comfort without splurging.
